摘  要:为探究适用于超薄罩面的橡胶改性沥青混合料设计方法,明确该级配类型混合料的路用性能及其长期抗滑性能变化规律,对设计的UTARHM-10沥青混合料及超薄罩面养护技术常用级配类型SMA-10、SAC-10、SMA-5开展高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性、长期抗滑性能的全面考察。结果表明,通过粗集料掺配比例分级填充的方法,可以保证骨架结构处于最佳嵌挤状态的同时兼顾抗滑性能,该设计方法与沥青胶结料共同作用使得UTARHM-10混合料可以较好地协调基本路用性能和长期抗滑性能。与其他罩面类型相比,UTARHM-10混合料的抗滑初值、抗滑稳定值均最高,在长期服役后仍能保持较大的构造深度,在承受较高荷载和温度的情况下可保持良好的抗滑性能。In order to explore the design method of rubber modified asphalt mixture suitable for ultra-thin overlay,clarify the road performance and long-term anti slip performance changes of this grading type of mixture,a comprehensive investigation was conducted on the high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance,water stability,and long-term skid resistance of the designed UTARHM-10 asphalt mixture and the commonly used grading types SMA-10,SAC-10,and SMA-5 for ultra-thin cover maintenance technology.The results indicate that the method of graded filling with coarse aggregate mixing proportion can ensure that the skeleton structure is in the optimal embedding state with taking into account the anti slip performance.This design method,combined with asphalt binder,enables the UTARHM-10 mixture to better coordinate basic road performance and long-term anti slip performance.Compared with other cover types,the UTARHM-10 mixture has the highest initial and stable values of anti slip,and can still maintain a large structural depth after long-term service.It has a significant advantage in maintaining good anti slip performance under heavy loads and high temperatures.
