摘 要:针对斜拉桥建设工期紧、二次调索工作量大、张拉工作耗时较长等问题,提出一种索力张拉优化方法。该方法以主梁上、下缘应力和成桥索力为控制目标,通过对主梁施加临时配重的方式,将二次调索方案转化为一次张拉到位,用以加快施工进度,提高工作效率,实现工程按时通车。以某矮塔斜拉桥为工程背景,通过施工阶段有限元仿真分析,对所提方法的可行性进行验算,结果表明,成桥索力和施工阶段主梁应力均可达到合理要求,验证了所提方法的可行性。In view of the tight construction schedule of cable-stayed bridges,the large workload of secondary cable adjustment and long tensioning work of cable-stayed bridges,etc.,a cable tensioning optimization method is proposed.The method takes the stress at the upper and lower edges of the main girder and the completed bridge cable force as the control target,and transforms the secondary tensioning scheme into a single tensioning in place by applying temporary counterweight to the main girder,so as to speed up the construction progress,improve the working efficiency and realize the opening of the project on time.With a short tower cable-stayed bridge as the engineering background,the feasibility of the proposed method is verified through the finite element simulation analysis in the construction stage,and the results show that the cable force and the stress of the main beam in the construction stage can reach reasonable requirements,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.
