摘 要:为研究冷再生混合料中的旧沥青是否可以被激活,何种条件下可以被激活从而发挥胶结作用,量化分析旧沥青胶结作用在再生沥青混合料中贡献率,文中设计旧沥青活性激发试验方案进行探究。结果表明,旧沥青可以被激活从而在再生沥青混合料中发挥胶结作用并且贡献率超过35%。在最佳含水量下,不添加乳化沥青,无论是否添加水泥和矿粉,在10~60℃时RAP均可成型,并且主要由旧沥青发挥胶结作用,且随着料温的升高,旧沥青发挥的作用越大。In order to study whether the old asphalt in the cold recycled mixture can be activated,under what conditions it can be activated to play the cementation role,and to quantify the contribution rate of the old asphalt cementation role in the recycled asphalt mixture,an old asphalt activity excitation test scheme was designed for exploration.The results show that the old asphalt can be activated to play a cementing role in the reclaimed asphalt mixture,with a contribution rate exceeding 35%.Under the optimal water content,RAP can be formed at 10℃~60℃regardless of whether cement and mineral powder are added without emulsified asphalt,and the cementation effect is mainly played by old asphalt,and the role of old asphalt is greater with the increase of material temperature.The results of this paper can provide experimental basis for the design of emulsified asphalt cold regeneration mixture and evaluation of the fusion interaction between old and new asphalt.
