摘  要:基于汽车蓄电池电量监测提出一种TLINK物联网远程监测系统架构,该架构可通过STM32+M202+M3528模块实现对汽车蓄电池电量进行远程、在线、无线、实时监测。经过对汽车蓄电池单独测试与实车连线测试,同时针对汽车蓄电池电量手机远程监测系统进行在线调试,试验结果显示,监测仪指示灯能够正常亮起,且汽车蓄电池实测电压与TLINK物联网云监测结果一致,电流测试值与TLINK监测结果存在0.1A的误差,但该误差符合系统预设误差阈值。调试结果说明该系统监测指标符合实际值,能够充分满足蓄电池监测预警需求。Based on automobile battery power monitoring,a remote monitoring system architecture of TLINK Internet of things is proposed,which can realize remote,online,wireless and real-time monitoring of automobile battery power through STM32+M202+M3528 module.After the separate test of the car battery and the real car connection test,and the online debugging of the mobile phone remote monitoring system of the car battery power,the test results show that the indicator light of the monitor can normally light up,and the measured voltage of the car battery is consistent with the TLINK Internet of Things cloud monitoring results,the current test value and the TLINK monitoring results have an error of 0.1A.But the error conforms to the preset error threshold of the system.The debugging results show that the monitoring index of the system conforms to the actual value and can fully meet the demand of battery monitoring and warning.
