后喷1油量限值对再生温度、机油稀释的影响研究

摘　　要：后喷1是柴油发动机机油稀释的主要原因,通过限制后喷1的油量,研究油量限值对再生温度、机油稀释的影响。试验结果表明:低排气温度区域的后喷1油量限值对机油稀释、DPF入口温度的影响较大,存在再生超温风险;高排气温度区域的后喷1油量限值对机油稀释、DPF入口温度的影响较小,能提高DPF入口温度的动态响应性。Post injection 1 is the main reason for oil dilution of Diesel Engine.By limiting the quantity of post injection 1,the influence of the quantity of post injection 1 limit on regeneration temperature and oil dilution is studied.The test results show that the limit value of post injection 1 in the area of low exhaust temperature has great influence on the oil dilution and DPF inlet temperature,and there is the risk of regeneration overtemperature.The limit value of post injection 1 in the area of high exhaust temperature has little effect on oil dilution and DPF inlet temperature,and can improve the dynamic response of DPF inlet temperature.
