摘　　要：目前行走机械中很多情况下回使用内花键和内齿轮,常见的检测方法有两种即三坐标测量或专用检具测量,众所周知,三坐标测量机所处的实验室环境要求严苛,虽测量精度高,但是对于小批量零件效率没有明显的优势,而目前使用这种检具检测过程中都存在检测范围小和结构上的一些问题,为了解决这些问题,开发了一款新型内齿轮或内花键棒间距的专用检具。本文介绍了这种装备的结构构造和检测原理,为相关厂商提供了一种新的解决方案。At present,internal spline and internal gear are used in many cases in mobile machinery.One is to use universal testing equipment such as three coordinates for testing.This kind of testing is mainly used in testing laboratories,which is characterized by high precision,low efficiency and extremely demanding environment.The other is to use a special fixture for testing.At present,there are some problems in the testing process of using this fixture,such as small testing range and structure.In order to solve these problems,we have developed a new special fixture for internal gear or internal spline bar spacing.This paper introduces the structure and testing principle of this kind of equipment,and provides a new solution for related manufacturers.
