摘 要:自卸汽车应用广泛,其中轻型自卸汽车在城市建设、水利工程、环卫等行业中应用较为普遍,重型自卸汽车在国家大型工程项目中也不可或缺。液压传动技术是直接影响自卸汽车使用性能和安全性能的重要技术,本文从自卸汽车的结构特点出发,对自卸汽车液压传动系统的工作原理及举升机构的结构形式进行了分析,液压举升机构是自卸汽车的关键装置,直接影响到自卸汽车的主要性能及整车设计,近年来液压传动相关技术发展迅速,有关举升机构的许多优化设计正从研究走向实际应用。Dump trucks are widely used,among which light dump trucks are widely used in urban construction,water conservancy engineering,sanitation and other industries.Heavy dump trucks are also indispensable in national large-scale engineering projects.Hydraulic transmission technology is an important technology that directly affects the performance and safety of the dump truck.Based on the structural characteristics of the dump truck,this paper analyzes the working principle of the hydraulic transmission system and the structural form of the lifting mechanism of the dump truck.The hydraulic lifting mechanism is the key device of the dump truck,which directly affects the main performance and the whole vehicle design of the dump truck.In recent years,with the rapid development of hydraulic transmission technology,many optimization designs of lifting mechanisms are moving from research to practical application.
