摘  要:针对当前轨道交通智能运维系统监测项点利用率低的问题,开展智能运维监测项点确定方法的研究与应用。借助RCM分析方法在检修技术规程开发的优势,基于开发的RCM检修技术规程,构建智能运维监测项的决断逻辑,给出基于维修需求的智能运维项点,以制动管路压力为例,基于RCM检修规程确定智能运维项点,并给出故障诊断的监控技术及监控参数,实现供风制动的精准预测修,有效降低车辆的运维成本,提升车辆的运用效率。To address the issue of low utilization of monitoring points in the current intelligent operation and maintenance system of rail transit,research and application of methods for determining intelligent operation and maintenance monitoring points will be carried out.Utilizing the advantages of RCM analysis method in the development of maintenance technical regulations,based on the developed RCM maintenance technical regulations,a decision logic for intelligent operation and maintenance monitoring items is constructed,and intelligent operation and maintenance item points based on maintenance requirements are given,taking brake pipeline pressure as an example.Based on the RCM maintenance regulations,intelligent operation and maintenance items are determined,and monitoring techniques and parameters for fault diagnosis are provided to achieve accurate predictive maintenance of air supply braking,effectively reducing vehicle operation and maintenance costs,and improving vehicle utilization efficiency.
