摘 要:通过研究欧七提案提出的背景,对比欧七提案与欧六内容的差异,重点阐述欧七提案在如下几个方面的内容:1)降低现行排放标准复杂度,尤其是基于燃料技术中立原则的制定思路;2)制定与时俱进的空气污染物限值及技术要求,尤其是对氮氧化物、颗粒物的限值要求和排放试验循环的变化;3)加强对实际排放的控制,尤其是在耐久性和实际行驶排放测试方面的变化。最后调查概括各方对提案的反响并总结下一阶段法规的技术趋势,以便相关从业人员提前做好产品技术规划和储备。By studying the background of the Euro VII proposal and comparing the differences between the Euro VII proposal and the Euro VI proposal,this paper focuses on the following aspects of the Euro VII proposal:1)reducing the complexity of the current emission standards,especially the formulation of ideas based on the principle of fuel technology neutrality;2)The development of air pollutant limits and technical requirements with The Times,especially for nitrogen oxides,particulate matter limit requirements and emission test cycle changes;3)Tighter controls on actual emissions,especially changes in durability and real-world driving emissions testing.Finally,the survey summarizes the response of all parties to the proposal,and summarizes the technical trend of the next stage of regulations,so that relevant practitioners can make product technology planning and reserve in advance.
