摘 要:针对200 km/h轴箱内置式转向架车辆优缺点进行了理论分析,分别建立了轴箱内置式转向架和传统转向架车辆动力学模型,对车辆在运动稳定性、运行平稳性、小半径曲线通过性能、抗侧滚性能、空气弹簧运动特征及车轴弯矩方面进行了仿真。研究结果表明:传统转向架车辆的运动稳定性、横向运行平稳性及抗侧滚性能优于轴箱内置式转向架车辆;轴箱内置式转向架车辆的小半径曲线通过性能优于传统转向架车辆,且空气弹簧纵向位移、纵向力及车轴弯矩较传统转向架车辆有所改善。After the theoretical analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of 200 km/h vehicles with axle box built-in bogie,the vehicle dynamics models of axle box built-in bogies and traditional bogies are established respectively to perform the simulation in terms of running stability,ride comfort,small radius curve negotiation performance,anti-rolling performance,air spring motion characteristics and axle bending moment on vehicles.The research results show that in respect of running stability,lateral ride comfort and anti-rolling performance,vehicles with traditional bogies are better than those with axle box built-in bogies;in respect of small radius curve negotiation performance,vehicles with axle box built-in bogie are superior to those with traditional bogies;and in respect of air spring longitudinal displacement,longitudinal force and axle bending moment,vehicles with axle box built-in bogies are improved compared with those with traditional bogies.
