摘  要:随着DIN 6701标准认证体系在轨道车辆行业的普及,越来越多的车辆部件采用粘接取代以往的铆接、焊接等工艺,关键结构的粘接接头在设计时具有足够的粘接强度对后续运营及修程制定至关重要,而以往的粘接强度计算大多根据标准或采用近似计算来评估,导致粘结强度的计算结果不够精准。文章以标准地铁项目的前窗粘接结构为例,对典型A1级粘接接头进行了有限元分析,通过施加与线路相近的边界载荷及进行多维度的粘接应力、应变评估,验证了粘接结构满足设计要求。文章提供了一种有效、可信的有限元分析方法,为后续施工及安全运营提供了技术保证,同时为行业内粘接强度计算提供了参考。With the popularization of DIN 6701 standard certification system in rail vehicle industry,more and more vehicle parts adopt bonding instead of the previous riveting,welding and other processes.The bonded joints of critical structures are designed with adequate bonding strengths that are critical for subsequent operation and repair procedures,however,most of the previous bonding strength calculations are evaluated according to standards or approximate calculations,and the calculation results are not accurate enough.The paper takes the front window bonded structure of a standard metro project as an example,and finite element analysis on a typical A1 class bonded joint is conducted to verify whether the bonded structure meets the design requirements by applying boundary loads similar to those of the railway line and performing multi-dimensional bonding stress and strain assessment.This paper proposes an effective and credible finite element analysis method,which provides technical guarantee for the follow-up construction and safe operation,and serves as reference for the calculation of bonded strength in the industry.
