摘  要:文章针对104型空气分配阀运用过程中存在的漏风自缓、滑阀面润滑不良及拉伤、阀内清洁度差等惯性问题,提出了主动润滑104阀方案,该方案在不改变104阀主体结构和基本性能的基础上,采用了滑阀副主动润滑、滑阀副互换材质、滑阀优化一局减通路、紧急阀新型导向、螺旋式排风部防尘及铸铁件QPQ防腐处理等多项新技术,提高了104阀运用的可靠性,满足了104阀延长检修周期至A2修周期的要求。同时还介绍了无滑阀分配阀方案,该方案大量借鉴了150阀和104阀成熟的结构及经验,采用无滑阀柱塞结构、铝合金104紧急阀等新技术,保证了分配阀的可靠性、可用性、安全性和可维护性,可以延长检修周期至A3修周期。In view of the inertia problems in the operation of type 104 air distribution valve,such as air leakage,self release,poor lubrication and strain on the slide valve surface,poor cleanliness inside the valve,this paper puts forward an active lubrication scheme of type 104 valve.This scheme doesn’t change the main structure and basic performance of the valve,but adopts many new technologies,such as active lubrication of slide valve pair,material exchange of slide valve pair,optimization of a local reduction path for slide valve,new guidance of emergency valve,dust prevention of spiral exhaust part and QPQ anti-corrosion treatment of iron castings,etc.,which improves the reliability of type 104 valve operation and meets the requirements of prolonging maintenance period to A2.At the same time,it also describes the scheme of distribution valve without slide valve which uses new technologies such as plunger structure without slide valve and aluminum alloy type 104 emergency valve after drawing lessons from the mature structure and experience of type 150 valve and type 104 valve,thus the reliability,availability,safety and maintainability of distribution valve can be guaranteed and the maintenance period is prolonged to A3.
