摘　　要：文章阐述了轨道车辆基础制动装置水环境的恶劣状况、进水的途径和危害,分析了既有的呼吸器的结构以及防水性能优缺点,提出了防水与排水并重的设计思路,归纳了基础制动装置的防水设计要点。This paper expounds the bad situation of water environment,water inflow pathway and harm of railway vehicle foundation braking equipment,analyzes the structure of existing respirators and the advantages and disadvantages of waterproof performance,puts forward the design idea of paying equal attention to waterproofing and drainage,and sums up the key points of waterproof design of foundation braking equipment.
