摘 要:针对现有铁路货车空气制动缸存在泄漏、缓解性能与制动效率相制约、制动力一致性差等技术问题,并结合研发重载列车纯电制动系统的需求,研制出了一种以电能替代压力空气的多功能电制动缸。该多功能电制动缸采用具有精准输出能力的伺服直流电机以及具有单向自锁特性的蜗轮蜗杆传动结构,实现了多功能、高集成、准输出设计,具有自动驻车、自动制动及缓解、手动制动及缓解、自动调整闸瓦间隙等功能,同现有空气制动缸相比,制动力输出一致性好,功能多,智能化、集成化程度高,检修周期长,安全可靠性高。In view of the technical problems of the existing air brake cylinder of railway wagons,such as leakage,mutual restraint between release performance and braking efficiency,poor consistency of braking force,etc.,and in combination with the requirements of developing pure electric braking system for heavy-duty trains,a multifunctional electric brake cylinder with electric energy instead of pressurized air has been developed.It adopts servo DC motor with precise output capability,and worm wheel-worm operated structure with one-way self-locking characteristic,which realizes multifunction,high integration and quasi-output design,and has the functions of automatic parking,automatic braking and release,manual braking and release,automatic adjustment of brake shoe clearance,etc.Compared with the existing air brake cylinder,it has the advantages of good consistency of braking force output,multiple functions,intelligence,high integration,long maintenance period and high safety and reliability.
