摘 要:文章基于碰撞有限元法对某地铁列车在曲线脱轨后撞击站台的事故进行了事故重现及分析研究。根据事故后的调研情况,采用分步仿真策略,将列车脱轨过程划分为几个不同的阶段,建立了对应的碰撞场景和详细的列车碰撞有限元模型。通过对地铁列车脱轨碰撞事故进行重现分析,厘清了事故中车辆受损的情况及连接铆钉的断裂情况。研究结果表明,头车在碰撞过程中损伤最严重,列车在碰撞中未对心导致吸能防爬装置横向和垂向失稳,失去稳定的能量吸收能力。根据列车实际受损情况和事故分析结果,结合增材修补技术,给出了不同受损车辆的修补方案,为碰撞事故列车的修复提供了重要参考。Based on the collision finite element method,the paper presents the accident reproduction analysis and study of a metro train hitting a platform after a curve derailment.According to the post-accident research,the train derailment process is divided into several different stages by using the step-by-step simulation strategy,and the corresponding collision scene and detailed finite element model of train collision are established.Through the reproduction analysis,the damage to vehicles and the fracture of connecting rivets in the accidents were figured out.The research results show that the head car is most seriously damaged during the collision,and the train not centered in the collision leads to the lateral and vertical instability of the energy-absorbing anti-creeping device,losing its stable energy absorption capacity.According to the actual damage and accident analysis results of trains,combined with the additive repair technology,the paper puts forward the repair schemes of different damaged vehicles,which provides an important reference for the repair of collision accident trains.
