摘 要:介绍了货运机车与货运车辆在运用过程中出现的互钩差超限故障,通过故障现场调研,确定故障的表现形式主要为车钩支撑座与冲击座卡滞、钩尾销挡板变形脱落。对故障进行了理论分析研究,得出故障的主要原因为:个别70 t级货车钩尾销挡板变形丢失;冲击座与车钩支撑座卡滞造成货车车钩钩高偏低;个别机车车钩的钩高偏高,超出标准规定的最高限值;测量线路不平及测量误差。结合现场调研和理论研究分析情况,从货运机车、货运车辆运用管理方面提出了解决互钩差超限的措施。This paper introduces the fault of excessive height difference of central horizontal lines between freight locomotive coupler and freight car coupler in operation.After on-site investigation,it is determined that the fault mainly embodies in the clamping stagnation between coupler support seat and impact seat,and the deformation and detachment of the coupler yoke key baffle.Theoretical analysis and research have been carried out on faults,concluding the main causes as follows:deformation and loss of the coupler yoke key baffle of individual 70 t freight cars;the stagnation between coupler support seat and impact seat leads to lower coupler height of freight cars;the coupler height of individual locomotive couplers is higher,exceeding the maximum limit specified in the standard;measuring line unevenness and measurement error.Combined with field investigation and theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward some measures to solve the fault in terms of operation and management of freight locomotives and freight cars.
