摘　　要：本文针对梅毒旋转仪(混匀器)的偏心回转直径、转速、触发时间的校准方法进行设计和研究,提出一种基于图像扫描及标定方法,即使用高分辨率的工业相机,将棋盘格作为平面参照,对其进行标定,得到内参和外参矩阵,再经自动修复畸变后得到混匀器的实际运动轨迹;转速和触发时间(定时)的示值误差及稳定度使用转速测量仪,对仪器的转速和触发时间进行校准。实验证明:该方法可为保证各测量值的准确性提供技术依据。Aiming at the design and research of calibration methods for eccentric rotation diameter,rotation speed and trigger time of syphilitic rotator(mixer),this paper proposes a method based on image scanning and calibra-tion,that is,using high-resolution industrial cameras,taking checkerboard as a plane reference,calibrating it,and obtaining internal and external parameter matrices.After the distortion is repaired automatically,the actual motion path of the mixer is obtained.Error and stability of indication of speed and trigger time(timing)use a speed meas-uring instrument to calibrate the instrument′s speed and trigger time.Experimental results show that this method can provide technical basis for ensuring the accuracy of the measured values.
