摘  要:目前,人工关节磨损试验装置可成功地预测人工髋关节和人工膝关节置换后的磨损性能,但针对人工踝关节的磨损性能研究相对偏少。本文对人工踝关节磨损试验的标准和文献进行系统回顾,总结了文献中的运动参数和试验结果,并分析了结果产生差异的原因,为增加模拟人体运动的种类,进行标准试验,研发专用的人工踝关节磨损试验装置提供参考。At present,the wear test device of artificial joint can successfully predict the wear performance of artifi-cial hip and knee replacement,but the research on the wear performance of artificial ankle is relatively few.In this paper,the standards and literature of artificial ankle joint wear test are systematically reviewed,the motion parame-ters and test results in the literature are summarized,and the reasons for the differences in results are analyzed,so as to provide references for increasing the types of simulated human movement,conducting standard tests and devel-oping special artificial ankle joint wear test equipment.
