摘　　要：为科学分析信用风险分类和“双随机、一公开”监管融合运用效能,设计了关于企业、基层执法人员、协会(商会)、社会公众等调查问卷,开展了针对性的问卷调查,分析了调查结果。本文总结了信用风险分类和“双随机、一公开”监管融合运用情况,指出了“双随机、一公开”监管中存在的问题,提出了强化信用风险管理、持续加大工作力度、不断创新抽查模式、制定分层级抽查事项库、优化联合部门数量等改进建议。In order to scientifically analyze the efficiency of credit risk classification and the integration of“double random and one public”supervision,a questionnaire is designed for enterprises,grassroots law enforcement personnel,associations(chambers of commerce),and the public.A targeted questionnaire survey is conducted and the survey results are analyzed.The integrated application of credit risk classification and“double random and one public”supervision is summarized,the problems in“double random and one public”supervision are pointed out,and suggestions are proposed for further improvement in strengthening credit risk management,continuously increasing work efforts,continuously innovating sampling models,developing a hierarchical sampling item database,and optimizing the number of joint departments.
