摘　　要：GB/T1.2-2020《标准化工作导则第2部分:以ISO/IEC标准化文件为基础的标准化文件起草规则》于2020年11月19日发布,2021年6月1日起实施。为了更有效地理解和实施GB/T 1.2-2020,对该标准的起草过程进行了简介,对GB/T 1.2和GB/T 20000.2、GB/T 20000.9之间的差异进行对比和分析,对新版标准的实施提出建议。GB/T 1.2-2020,Directives for standardization—Part 2:Drafting rules of standardizing documents based on ISO/IEC standardizing documents,was released on November 19,2020 and implemented on June l,2021.In order to facilitate the implementation of the new requirements in GB/T 1.2,this paper introduces the drafting process of the standard,makes comparison and analysis of the major changes among GB/T 1.2,GB/T 20000.2 and GB/T 20000.9,and gives suggestions for the implementation of the new edition.
