脑梗塞患者的标准化安全输液护理效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑梗塞患者静脉输液期间的标准化安全护理措施及护理效果。方法:选取2019年5月至2022年5月期间蚌埠医学院第二附属医院收治的78例脑梗塞患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(标准化安全护理)和对照组(常规护理)各39例,对比两组脑梗塞患者的护理满意度、治疗依从性、不良反应发生情况、心理状态及生活质量。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度(94.87%>76.92%,χ^(2)=5.186)、治疗依从性(97.44%>77.50%,χ^(2)=5.410)以及护理后的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分[(78.75±4.85)分>(72.43±5.07)分,t=5.625]高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的不良反应发生率(5.13%<20.51%,χ^(2)=4.129)以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分[(38.06±3.65)分<(45.37±4.82)分,t=7.551]低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在脑梗塞患者的静脉输液期间,实施标准化安全护理,有效保障输液安全,可以改善患者的身心状态。Objective:To explore the standardized safety nursing measures and nursing effect of patients with cerebral infarction during intravenous infusion.Methods:78 cases of cerebral infarction patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as research objects,and divided into observation group(standardized safety nursing)and control group(routine nursing),with 39 cases in each group.The nursing satisfaction,treatment compliance,adverse reactions,psychological state and quality of life of the two groups of cerebral infarction patients were compared.Results:Nursing satisfaction,treatment compliance and SF-36 score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(94.87%>76.92%,χ^(2)=5.186)(97.44%>77.50%,χ^(2)=5.410)[78.75±4.85]>(72.43±5.07).t=5.625](P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(5.13%<20.51%,χ^(2)=4.129)and the score of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group[(38.06±3.65)<(45.37±4.82),t=7.551](P<0.05).Conclusion:During intravenous infusion of patients with cerebral infarction,the implementation of standardized safety nursing can effectively guarantee the transfusion safety and improve the physical and mental state of patients.
