规范化早吸吮对产妇初乳分泌时间及乳量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析规范化早吸吮对产妇初乳分泌时间及乳量的影响。方法:选取青岛市胶州中心医院2020年01月至2022年01月间68例产妇作为观察对象,以随机分组法分为对照组(行常规母乳喂养指导)和观察组(行规范化早吸吮指导),各34例,比较应用效果。结果:观察组产后6h、24h、48h、72h泌乳量多于对照组(P<0.05),观察组新生儿每日排尿量多于对照组(P<0.05),观察组初乳始动时间早于对照组,产后24h内初乳分泌率无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组24~48 h初乳分泌率高于对照组,48 h以上初乳分泌率低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:较于常规母乳喂养指导,乳房双侧规范化早吸吮指导应用价值更高,用于经阴道分娩初产妇分娩后,可提前泌乳时间,促进初乳分泌,使乳量充足,改善新生儿排尿,具有推广价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized early sucking on colostrum secretion time and milk volume.Methods:68 maternal cases from January 2020 to January 2022 in the hospital were selected as observation objects,and were randomly divided into the control group(receiving routine breastfeeding guidance)and the observation group(receiving standardized early sucking guidance),with 34 cases in each group,to compare the application effect.Results:The lactation volume at 6h,24h,48h and 72h in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The daily urine volume of newborns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The onset time of colostrum in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group with no statistically significant difference in the secretion rate of colostrum within 24 hours postpartum(P>0.05).The secretion rate of colostrum in the observation group was higher than that in the control group from 24 hours to 48 hours,but lower than that in the control group after 48 hours,indicating statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared to conventional breastfeeding guidance,standardized early sucking guidance on both sides of the breast has higher application value.When used in vaginal delivery for primiparous women,it can advance the stage II lactation time,promote colostrum secretion,have sufficient milk volume,and improve neonatal urination,which has promotion value.
