摘 要:在中国,水稻是全国第一大经济作物,由于我国60%以上的居民均以稻米为主食,因此水稻在我国粮食作物的生产规模上也具有重要作用。全世界每年有1 500万hm2左右的水稻受低温威胁,然而水稻的芽期生长状况影响水稻的生长发育,所以了解寒地水稻芽期的耐冷性特征,进行水稻芽期耐冷性鉴定,是耐冷品种选育过程中亲本选择的首要任务。通过转录组分析探明水稻芽期耐冷的分子机制,根据其单核苷酸多态性特征开发水稻耐冷相关功能性SNP标记,将其应用于水稻芽期耐冷品种选育的分子辅助育种中,是高效选育耐冷品种的重要手段和途径。In China,rice is the largest economic crop in the country.Because more than 60%of the residents in China take rice as the staple food,rice also plays an important role in the production scale of food crops in our country.About 15 million square hectares of rice are threatened by low temperature every year in the world,but the growth status of rice at bud stage affects the growth and development of rice,so understanding the characteristics of cold tolerance of rice at bud stage and identifying cold tolerance at bud stage is the primary task of parent selection in the process of cold tolerant variety breeding.The molecular mechanism of cold tolerance in rice at bud stage was identified by transcriptome analysis,and a functional SNP marker related to cold tolerance was developed according to its single nucleotide polymorphism,and applied to the molecular-assisted breeding of cold-tolerant varieties at bud stage,which is an important means and way for efficient breeding of cold-tolerant varieties.
