农民专业合作社对农民福利的影响机制与实现路径分析——基于湖北省实践经验

摘　　要：农民专业合作社是拓展脱贫攻坚成果与实现乡村振兴有效衔接的重要载体,对助农增收、增进农民福祉具有重要意义。湖北省是农业大省,也是农民专业合作社发展最快的地区之一,合作社数量约占全国的五分之一。该研究基于湖北省农民专业合作社发展实际,将农民福利分为经济福利和社会福利,分析农民专业合作社对提高农民福利的作用机制,剖析合作社持续提升农民福利存在的问题,同时提出相应的破解路径。Farmers'professional cooperatives are an important carrier to expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and realize the effective connection of rural revitalization,and it is of great significance to increase farmers'income and improve farmers'well-being.Hubei Province is a major agricultural province,and it is also one of the areas with the fastest development of farmers'professional cooperatives,accounting for about 1/5 of the total number of cooperatives in the country.Based on the actual development of farmers'professional cooperatives in Hubei Province,this study divides farmers'welfare into economic welfare and social welfare,analyzes the mechanism of farmers'specialized cooperatives in improving farmers'welfare,and analyzes the problems existing in cooperatives'continuous improvement of farmers'welfare.At the same time,the corresponding solutions are put forward.
