摘  要:为了提升区域内水环境,改善水生态问题,结合海绵城市发展理念,建立了雨水回收利用循环系统,以提高可持续发展能力。以湘潭市碧泉湖公园为例,通过“集雨型公园”技术实施,如设置透水路面、下凹式绿地、雨水湿地花园、雨水调蓄池等,控制雨水在雨季集中排放带来的污染源,促进雨水下渗速度,实现水体交换循环系统,有效减少雨水外流,减慢地表径流速度促进雨水下渗能力,使水体的自我净化能力和调蓄能力进一步提升。通过海绵城市理念下低影响开发策略的雨洪管理系统的有效运行,达到了湿地公园水体净化,可以有效满足以此为基础的湿地公园雨水收集,恢复了园区景观活力和水活力。In order to improve the water environment and water ecology in the region,combined with the development concept of sponge city,the rainwater recycling and recycling system is established to improve the sustainable development ability.(Methods)Through the implementation of"rainwater harvesting park"technology,such as the setting of permeable pavement,concave green space,rainwater wetland garden,rainwater storage pond,etc.,the pollution sources caused by the centralized discharge of rainwater in the rainy season are controlled;the rainwater infiltration rate is promoted,and the water body exchange and circulation system is realized.(Results)The rainwater outflow and energy saving and consumption are effectively reduced,and the surface runoff speed is slowed down to promote the rainwater infiltration capacity.The self-purification capacity and storage capacity of water bodies have been further improved.(Conclusion)Taking Biquanhu Park in Xiangtan City as a case study,the effective operation of the stormwater management system under the low-impact development strategy under the sponge city concept can achieve water purification in the wetland park,which can effectively meet the rainwater collection based on this wetland park,and restore the landscape vitality and water vitality of the park.
