摘 要:在试验苗圃地上用随机区组试验设计探寻各类型促生根剂及其浓度对彩叶杨扦插生根率、生根量的影响差别;探索了插穗3种底部剪刀口、3种插穗长度对彩叶杨扦插生根率、生根量的影响差别。结果表明:用550 mg/kg的ABT-1#效果最为显著,生根率达88.7%、单株生根量达7.3条;插穗长度选择12.5 cm且其底部剪刀口采用45°斜面时、对彩叶杨扦插生根效果最佳,平均生根率高达92.0%、平均单株生根量高达8.8条。The effects of different rooting agents and their different concentrations on rooting rate and number of rooting strips of Populus L were investigated by randomized block design in experimental nursery.The effects of three kinds of cuttings bottom section and three kinds of cuttings length on rooting rate and rooting number of Populus L were also explored.The experimental data showed that 550mg/kg ABT-1#had the most significant effect,with 88.7%rooting rate and 7.3 rooting numbers.The rooting rate was 92.0%and the rooting amount was 8.8 when the length of cuttings was 12.5 cm and the bottom was 45°oblique section.
