广西国有林场高质量发展影响因素及对策研究

摘　　要：采用莫兰指数和空间聚类,对2012~2020年广西国有林场高质量发展的空间关联进行聚类检验,利用杜宾模型对广西国有林场空间计量经济学进行了分析,研究了广西国有林场高质量发展过程中存在的影响因素,并通过超效率DEA、替换空间权重矩阵方法,对广西国有林场高质量发展的影响因子进行了实证。结果发现:①2012~2020年,广西国有林场高质量发展总体上呈现出一种递增的态势,但与发达地区国有林场高质量发展相比仍有一定差距。广西40个国有林场之间的差异较大,并且在地域分布上呈现出明显的异质性;②广西国有林场高质量发展具有极强的正向、负向空间相关性,40个国有林场高质量发展在广西林区范围内具有空间溢出效应;③广西国有林场的产业结构、政府的财政支持和员工的人力资源都会提高林业的高质量发展程度。国有林场人员的恩格尔系数对森林的高质量发展产生了一定的制约作用;广西国有林场设施建设和人力资本的投入都会对林业高质量发展产生明显促进作用,而产业结构水平会抑制广西国有林场高质量发展。基于此,提出了相关的建议,以期提供参考。The Moran's I and spatial clustering were used to test the spatial correlation of high-quality forestry development in Guangxi from 2012 to 2020.The Durbin model was used to analyze the spatial econometrics of forestry in Guangxi,study the influencing factors existing in the process of high-quality forestry development in Guangxi,and empirically demonstrate the influencing factors of high-quality forestry development in this region through super efficiency DEA and replacement spatial weight matrix methods.Research has found that:①from 2012 to 2020,the high-quality development of forestry in Guangxi showed an overall increasing trend,but there is still a certain gap compared to the high-quality development of forestry in state-owned forestry areas.There are significant differences among the 40 forestry farms in Guangxi,and there is a significant heterogeneity in regional distribution;②The high-quality development of forestry in Guangxi has a strong positive and negative spatial correlation.The high-quality development of forestry in 40 forestry bureaus has a spatial spillover effect in the forest region of Guangxi;③The industrial structure of forest areas,government financial support,and employee human resources will all improve the high-quality development of forestry.The Engel's coefficient of forestry practitioners has a certain restrictive effect on the high-quality development of forests;The construction of local forestry facilities and investment in human capital in Guangxi will have a significant promoting effect on the high-quality development of forestry,while the level of industrial structure will inhibit the high-quality development of forestry in Guangxi.Based on this,some suggestions have been proposed to provide reference.
