松墨天牛成虫聚集信息素与树干注射剂配套防治松材线虫病技术研究  

Studies on the Control of Bursaphelenchus Xylophilus With Aggregation Pheromone of Monochamus Alternatus Adults and Trunk Injection

摘　　要：通过松墨天牛刚羽化出木成虫对信息素的行为反应和敏感性试验,从马尾松幼龄松针、韧皮部、松脂和野生中蜂巢蜜中筛选出刚羽化天牛成虫反应期信息素,经组分、配比和浓度组合成松墨天牛成虫羽化期定位聚集信息素3号,分别与自主研发的松材线虫树干注射剂、松墨天牛幼虫树干注射剂配套防治马尾松松材线虫病,林间防治试验实施2年,林木保存率达100%,而对照地区第一年仅为99.6%,第二年为99.1%,结果表明:试验取得了很好的防治效果。In this paper,the behavioral responses and sensitivity of the newly emerged wood adults of Monochamus alternatus to pheromones were studied.The pheromones of the adults of Anoplophora glabripennis were screened from the needles,phloem,resin and wild honey of Pinus massoniana.The location and aggregation pheromone No.3 of Monochamus alternatus adults during eclosion period was prepared by composition,ratio and concentration combination.The control of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in Pinus massoniana forest was carried out in two years.The rate of forest preservation was 100%.The control area was only 99.6%in the first year and 99.1%in the second year.The experiment achieved good control effect.
