摘 要:以广西壮族自治区南宁市良凤江国家森林公园为例,研究了月尺度上桉树轮斑病的发生规律,并基于室内毒力实验和林内野外实验筛选了可用于桉树轮斑病防治的高效杀菌剂。结果表明:桉树轮斑病病原菌孢子的释放量呈单峰型分布,峰值出现在8、9月份;室内毒力实验和林内野外实验筛选的4种高效杀菌剂对桉树轮斑病病原菌均有较好的抑制效果,具体表现为:丙环唑>咪鲜胺>多菌灵>戊唑醇。Eucalyptus robusta is an excellent fast-growing tree species with high economic and ecological value.However,in recent years,Eucalyptus robusta forests in the Liangfengjiang National Forest Park of Nanning,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region have often been plagued by Eucalyptus Cercosporazonata Winter,causing significant economic and property losses.This study analyzed the occurrence patterns of Eucalyptus Cercosporazonata Winter on a monthly scale,and screened efficient fungicides for the prevention and control of Eucalyptus Cercosporazonata Winter based on indoor toxicity experiments and field experiments in the forest.The results showed that the release of spores from the pathogen of Eucalyptus Cercosporazonata Winter showed a single peak distribution,with peaks appearing in August and September;The four highly effective fungicides screened in the indoor toxicity experiment and the field experiment in the forest have good inhibitory effects on the pathogen of Eucalyptus Cercosporazonata Winter,which is shown as propiconazole>prochloraz>carbendazim>tebuconazole.
