黑河生态景区松大蚜生活习性及药剂防治效果试验研究

摘　　要：为掌握松大蚜在黑河生态景区的发生规律并采取有效措施防治,进行了林业有害生物文献资料阅读分析、松大蚜林间调查研究和4种药剂防治效果试验。结果表明:3~4月份为若虫期,5~6月份为危害猖獗期,11月份为交尾产卵期。4种试验药剂对于松大蚜的防治均有明显效果,且防治效果为:50%氧乐果1000倍液>10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂1200倍液>4.5%高效氯氰菊酯1500倍液>1.8%阿维菌素2000倍液;且若虫期>交尾产卵期>危害猖獗期。从防治效果来看,应选用有机磷杀虫剂氧化乐果;从环境保护和人畜安全方面考虑,应选用生物源杀虫剂阿维菌素替代有机磷杀虫剂氧化乐果。In order to understand the occurrence rule of Cinara pinitabulaeformis Zhang et Zhang in Heihe ecological scenic spot and take effective measures to prevent the damage of Cinara pinitabulaeformis Zhang et Zhang,the reading and analysis of forest pest literature,the investigation and the test of 4 kinds of chemical control effects are carried out.The conclusion is that the nymphs period is from March to April;the damage period is from May to June,and the mating spawning period is from November.The four test agents had obvious effect on the control of Cinara pinitabulaeformis Zhang et Zhang.The control effect is 50%omethoate 1000 times liquid>10%imidacloprid wettable powder 1200 times liquid>4.5%high efficiency Cypermethrin 1500 times liquid>1.8%Avermectin 2000 times liquid.The control effect is nymphs stage>the control effect of mating and spawning stage>the control effect of rampant damage stage.From the control effect,the organophosphorus insecticide omethoate should be selected;In view of environmental protection and human and animal safety,biogenic insecticide Avermectin should be used instead of organophosphorus insecticide omethoate.
