摘 要:土壤阳离子交换量(CEC)常作为评价土壤保肥能力的指标,以反映土壤的负电荷总量和化学性质。采用全自动淋洗仪和定氮仪完成土壤阳离子交换量的测定,选择合适的滤纸,分析标准土壤,表明其准确度和精密度能符合标准要求。采用本方法与《森林土壤阳离子交换量的测定》(LY/T 1243—1999)标准方法同时测定了7个不同土壤样品,将成对数值进行t检验。结果表明,两种方法的测定结果无显著性差异。日常工作中可以采用全自动淋洗-定氮仪法进行相关测定,从而做到省时、便捷。Soil cation exchange capacity(CEC)is often used as an index to evaluate the ability of soil retaining fertilizer,which reflects the total negative charge and chemical properties of the soil.The completely automatic elution instrument and azotometer were used to determine of soil cation exchange capacity,and the appropriate filter paper was used to analyze the standard soil.It showed that the accuracy and precision could meet the requirements of the standard.This method and the standard method of Determination of Cation Exchange Capacity in Forest Soil(LY/T 1243—1999)were used to simultaneously determine 7 different soil samples,and the t-test was conducted.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the determination results between the two methods.Therefore,the completely automatic elution-azotometer could be used in relevant determination to save time and get convenience.
