摘  要:硒是动物机体必需的微量营养元素,具有促进生长、缓解氧化应激、增强机体免疫、拮抗毒性元素等多种生理功能。硒在日常生活中比较常见,且作用广泛。本文从减轻氧化应激损伤、高低温应激损伤、霉菌毒素毒性损伤、重金属毒性损伤以及缓解脂多糖免疫应激等方面综述了硒在受损伤动物机体上的应用,以期为硒产品开发应用提供参考。Selenium is an essential micronutrient in animal bodies,which has various physiological functions such as promoting growth,alleviating oxidative stress,enhancing immunity and antagonizing toxic elements.Selenium is relatively common in daily life and has a wide range of effects.This paper reviewed the application of selenium in injured animal bodies from the perspectives of alleviating oxidative stress damage,high and low temperature stress damage,mycotoxin toxicity damage,heavy metal toxicity damage and relieving lipopolysaccharide immune stress,so as to provide references for the development and application of selenium products.
