摘　　要：中老昆万铁路是高质量共建“一带一路”的标志性工程,能够推进高水平农业对外开放,促进跨境农产品有序流动。本文通过数据整理、实地调研、部门座谈,总结了中国-东盟农产品贸易流通现状,阐述了中老昆万铁路开通运行赋予的机遇,剖析了中老昆万铁路开通运营下沿线跨境农产品贸易流通存在的问题,并从高效推进中老昆万铁路互联互通、高质量发展农产品集货经济和高质量打造沿线农业落地经济3个方面提出了高质量推进沿线农产品贸易流通对策,以期为促进中老昆万铁路沿线跨境农产品贸易流通提供参考。The China/Kunming-Laos/Vientiane Railway is a landmark project of high-quality joint construction of the"the Belt and Road",which can promote the opening up of high-level agriculture and promote the orderly flow of cross-border agricultural products.This paper summarized the current situation of China-ASEAN agricultural trade circulation through data collation,field research and department discussion,expounded the opportunities given by the opening and operation of the China/Kunming-Laos/Vientiane Railway,analyzed the problems existing in cross-border agricultural trade circulation along the line under the opening and operation of the China/Kunming-Laos/Vientiane Railway,and put forward high-quality measures to promote the trade circulation of agricultural products along the line from three aspects:effectively promoting the connectivity of the China/Kunming-Laos/Vientiane Railway,developing agricultural products collection economy with high quality and constructing landing economy along the line with high quality,so as to provide references for promoting cross-border trade circulation of agricultural products along the China/Kunming-Laos/Vientiane Railway.
