滤筒除尘器在钢铁企业的应用探究

摘　　要：钢铁企业在生产中产生的固体颗粒污染物对环境会造成一定的负面影响,也会对员工身体健康造成一定损害。因此,此类污染物的治理一直是钢铁企业维持生产经营的重要环节。此前,各钢铁企业主要运用袋式除尘器进行除尘处理,随着滤筒除尘器各项优越性能的展现,当前钢铁企业逐渐采用滤筒除尘器作为粉尘治理设施。基于此,分析滤筒除尘器的工作原理和特点,对其在钢铁企业中的应用方法和应用建议进行阐述。The solid particle pollutants produced by iron and steel enterprises in the production process will have a certain negative impact on the environment,it will also cause certain damage to the health of employees in the production environment.Therefore,the treatment of such pollutants discharged from production has always been an important process for iron and steel enterprises to maintain production and operation.Previously,various iron and steel enterprises mainly used bag filters for dust removal,with the display of the superior performance of the cartridge dust collector,at present iron and steel enterprises are gradually using cartridge dust collectors as dust control facilities.This paper analyzes the working principle and characteristics of the cartridge dust collector,the application methods and suggestions in iron and steel enterprises are described.
