摘　　要：随着新能源革命的到来,能源行业的投资模式和建设模式发生了较大的改变,作为建设过程重要一环的电力勘察设计企业也必须适应这种改变,对自身的组织结构和生产组织方式进行调整。基于此,结合市场环境变化和电力勘察设计企业的特点进行分析,提出组织机构调整的方案。With the arrival of the new energy revolution,the investment and construction mode of the energy industry have undergone considerable changes.As an important part of the construction process,the electric power design institute must also adapt to this change and adjust their own organizational structure and production organization.This paper analyzes the changes of market environment and the characteristics of electric power design institute,and puts forward some suggestions for the adjustment of organizational structure.
