摘　　要：随着社会经济发展,人们对水域救援工作的要求不断提高,消防救援队伍的水域救援训练迅速开展,而水域救援训练安全问题不容忽视。基于此,探讨加强水域救援训练安全管理的重要性,分析消防水域救援训练中存在的问题以及当前水域搜救训练工作的开展策略,提出提高水域救援训练安全性的有效措施。With the development of social economy,the requirements for rescue work in water areas are increasing,the water rescue training of fire rescue teams is rapidly developing,and the safety of water rescue training cannot be ignored.Based on this,this paper discusses the importance of strengthening the safety management of water rescue training,analyze the problems existing in the rescue training of fire waters,and the development strategy of the current water search and rescue training,put forward effective measures to improve the safety of water rescue training.
