摘 要:现代战争战场形势复杂多变,武器装备之间功能相互交互,装备体系作战能力应保证最大限度发挥。基于作战环理论,提出针对多阶段任务的装备体系总作战能力评估方法。通过检测装备体系作战能力指标的动态变化,考察单个装备对装备体系发挥最佳作战能力的影响,进而保证装备体系总作战能力最大。根据阶段任务对应的能力指标,建立装备体系总作战能力指标体系;基于作战环理论的装备体系作战能力评估模型,引入区间联系数和灰数带的概念,从多阶段任务出发,对同类型的不同装备所在装备体系的作战能力进行评估;利用信息熵法及装备体系在不同阶段任务中作战能力的排序向量对相应阶段任务的能力指标进行客观权重的确定。以某装备体系为例,应用所提方法完成了总作战能力评估,为装备优先发展、配合作战提供了决策支撑。The battlefield situation of modern war is complex and changeable,and the functions of weapons and equipment interact with each other,so the combat capability of equipment system should be maximized.Based on the combat ring theory,a method for evaluating the total combat capability of equipment system for multi-phase mission is proposed.By detecting the dynamic change of the combat capability index of the equipment system,the influence of single equipment on the optimal combat capability of the equipment system is investigated,so as to ensure the maximum total combat capability of the equipment system.The total combat capability index system of equipment system is established according to the capability index corresponding to phase task.Based on the combat ring theory,the evaluation model of the combat capability of the equipment system is introduced,and the concepts of interval connection number and grey number band are introduced to evaluate the combat capability of the equipment system of different equipment of the same type from the multi-phase mission.By using information entropy method and the ranking vector of combat capability of equipment system in different phases of mission,the objective weight of capability index of corresponding stages of mission is determined.Taking a certain equipment system as an example,the proposed method is applied to complete the evaluation of total combat capability,which provides decision support for equipment development and cooperation.
