摘 要:基于邻近地铁的内支撑式狭小深基坑,研究在其围护桩上开洞以提高出土效率。所述深基坑邻近在建地铁设施,为减小对地铁盾构隧道变形影响,须在盾构施工前完成本项目深基坑施工。因狭小深基坑土方开挖难度大,为提高出土效率,缩短工期,通过在围护桩侧壁开洞并与洞口内外坡道结合的方式形成快速出土通道,施工期间围护桩开洞部位和基坑整体变形均在设计限值范围内。通过此案例研究,该技术有效提高了出土效率,可为类似工况深基坑快速出土施工提供借鉴。The paper investigates the technique of opening holes in the retaining piles of small and deep inner support foundation pits located in close proximity to subway lines.These foundation pits are adjacent to ongoing subway facilities,and in order to minimize the impact on the deformation of subway shield tunnels,it is necessary to complete the construction of these foundation pits before the commencement of shield tunnel construction.Due to the inherent challenges of excavating in small and deep foundation pits,improving excavation efficiency and shortening the construction period are essential.This is achieved by creating a rapid excavation channel through hole openings in the side walls of the retaining piles,combined with internal and external ramps at the openings.Throughout the construction process,the deformation of both the retaining pile hole opening area and the overall foundation pit remains within the specified design limits.Through a case study,this technique has been proven effective in significantly improving excavation efficiency and can serve as a reference for similar scenarios involving rapid excavation in deep foundation pits.
