甘桔冰梅片联合嗓音训练在声带小结患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的 分析甘桔冰梅片联合嗓音训练在声带小结患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年6月至2021年5月南阳市第一人民医院西区医院89例声带小结患者,随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(44例)接受甘桔冰梅片治疗,研究组(45例)予以甘桔冰梅片联合嗓音训练干预。干预8周后比较两组声带小结明显缩小率、干预前后嗓音声学指标[基频微扰(jitter)、基频(F0)、振幅微扰(shimmer)]、发声时间[最长发声时间(MPT)、最大音量最长发声时间(MLPT)]、中文版嗓音障碍指数(VHI)量表评分。结果 研究组声带小结明显缩小率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组F0水平较对照组升高,Jitter、Shimmer水平较对照组低,MPT、MLPT均长于对照组,VHI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组就医体验满意度VAS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 甘桔冰梅片联合嗓音训练应用于声带小结,可明显缩小患者声带小结,改善嗓音声学指标,延长发声时间,促进患者嗓音障碍恢复,提高患者就医体验满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of Ganjubingmei tablets combined with voice training in patients with vocal cord nodules.Methods From June 2019 to May 2021,89 patients with vocal nodules in Western Hospital of Nanyang First People's Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups by the number table method.The control group(n=44)was treated with Ganjubingmei tablets,and the study group(n=45)was treated with Ganjubingmei tablets combined with voice training intervention.The significant reduction rate of vocal nodules,voice acoustic indicators[jitter,fundamental frequency(F0),amplitude perturbation(Shimmer)],vocal duration[Maximum Phonation Time(MPT),Maximum volume Maximum vocal duration(MLPT)]and the Chinese version of Voice disturbance Index(VHI)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The reduction rate of vocal nodules in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the F0 level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the Jitter and Shimmer levels were lower than those in the control group,the MPT and MLPT were longer than those in the control group,and the VHI score was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of medical experience satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Ganjubingmei tablets combined with voice training in vocal nodules can significantly reduce vocal nodules,improve voice acoustic indicators,prolong vocal duration,promote the recovery of voice disorders,and improve patients'satisfaction with medical experience.
