消银颗粒联合地奈德乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的效果及对免疫功能影响

摘　　要：目的 分析消银颗粒联合地奈德乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的效果。方法 选取2021年2月至2023年1月期间本院收治的126例慢性湿疹患者,按照信封法分为两组,各63例,对照组采取地奈德乳膏治疗,观察组另加用消银颗粒,对比两组治疗效果、免疫功能、湿疹严重程度、生活质量、用药安全性、治疗结束后3个月复发状况。结果 观察组治疗有效率(98.41%)高于对照组(84.13),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组免疫功能对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgM、IgE)均有所降低,且观察组IgA、IgM、IgE水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分、湿疹严重程度、生活质量评分有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组中医证候积分、湿疹严重程度和生活质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组有1例患者出现复发,对照组有8例患者出现复发,两组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对慢性湿疹患者采取消银颗粒联合地奈德乳膏治疗效果显著,可明显改善患者免疫功能,减轻中医证候积分和湿疹严重程度,提高其生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of Xiaoyin granule combined with desonide cream in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods 126 patients with chronic eczema admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were divided into 2 groups according to envelope method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desonide cream,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyin granules.The therapeutic effect,immune function,severity of eczema,quality of life,drug safety and recurrence 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin(IgA,IgM,IgE)in observation group and control group were decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of IgA,IgM,IgE in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,eczema severity and quality of life score of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and TCM syndrome score,eczema severity and quality of life score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).There was a recurrence in 1 patient in the observation group and 8 patients in the control group,and the recurrence rate between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Xiaoyin granule combined with desonide cream on chronic eczema patients is significant,which can significantly improve the immune function of patients,reduce the TCM syndrome score and the severity of eczema,and improve the quality of life of patients.
