预见性护理干预在冠状动脉旋磨术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 研究预见性护理在冠状动脉旋磨术(RA)患者中的应用效果。方法 前瞻性选取阜外华中心血管病医院2021年1月至2021年12月收治的95例RA患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组(47例)、观察组(48例)。其中对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予预见性护理干预。比较两组负性情绪[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)]、并发症发生率、心电图指标(T波倒置导联数、ST段下移导联数、T波低平导联数)及护理满意度。结果 术前、出院前1 d观察组HAMD、HAMA评分低于对照组;观察组并发症发生率(6.25%)低于对照组(21.28%);出院前1 d观察组T波倒置导联数、ST段下移导联数、T波低平导联数少于对照组;观察组护理满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(85.11%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 预见性护理能有效改善RA患者消极情绪,提高护理满意度,促进心电图指标恢复,有助于减少并发症发生。Objective To study the application effect of anticipatory nursing in patients with Rotational Atherectomy(RA).Methods 95 RA patients admitted to Fuwai Central China Vascular Disease Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021were prospectively selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into control group(47 cases) and observation group(48 cases).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given anticipatory nursing intervention on this basis.The negative emotions [Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)],incidence of complications,electrocardiogram indicators(number of inverted T-wave leads,number of ST-segment depression leads,number of flat T-wave leads) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of HAMD and HAMA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group before surgery and 1 day before discharge;the incidence of complications in the observation group(6.25%) was lower than that in the control group(21.28%);1day before discharge,the number of inverted T-wave leads,ST-segment depression leads,and flat T-wave leads in the observation group was less than that in the control group;the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group(100.00%) was higher than that in the control group(85.11%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anticipatory nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions of RA patients,improve nursing satisfaction,promote the recovery of electrocardiogram indicators,and help reduce the occurrence of complications.
