摘　　要：介绍延续护理概念及意义,阐述国内外冠心病PCI术后延续护理的研究现状及评价工具,为临床延续护理工作的开展提供参考,改善冠心病PCI术后患者预后。This paper introduces the concept and significance of continuity of care,elucidates the current research status and assessment tools of post-PCI continuity of care for coronary heart disease patients both domestically and internationally.It aims to provide reference for the implementation of clinical continuity of care and improve the prognosis of post-PCI patients with coronary heart disease.
