清胰汤联合奥曲肽对急性胰腺炎患者临床症状体征指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究分析急性胰腺炎患者采用清胰汤联合奥曲肽治疗对临床症状体征指标的影响。方法 选取本院于2022年1月至2022年12月收治的62例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,采用计算机软件随机抽取病历号分组为研究组(n=31)、对照组(n=31)。两组患者均行急性胰腺炎基础治疗,对照组患者增加奥曲肽治疗,研究组患者增加清胰汤联合奥曲肽治疗,比较两组临床症状体征指标恢复正常时间、炎性因子水平、中医症候积分、临床有效率。结果 研究组患者临床症状体征指标恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者炎性因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 急性胰腺炎患者采用清胰汤联合奥曲肽治疗可缩短临床症状体征恢复时间,减轻炎性反应,缓解临床症状,提高治疗效果。Objective To explore and analyze the effects of Qingyi decoction combined with octreotide on clinical symptoms and signs in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 62 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected,and their medical record numbers were randomly selected by computer software and divided into study group(n=31)and control group(n=31).Patients in both groups received basic treatment for acute pancreatitis.Patients in the control group were added with octreotide treatment,and patients in the study group were added with Qingyi decoction combined with octreotide treatment.The recovery time of clinical symptoms and signs indexes,inflammatory factor levels,TCM symptom scores and clinical effective rate of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of clinical symptoms and signs in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingyi decoction combined with octreotide in the treatment of acute pancreatitis can shorten the recovery time of clinical symptoms and signs,reduce inflammatory response,relieve clinical symptoms and improve therapeutic effect.
