Effects of Extended Care of Family Education and Environment Improvement on Medical Fear and Lung Function in Children with Bronchial Asthma

摘  要:目的 探讨家庭教育-环境改良的延伸护理对支气管哮喘患儿医疗恐惧感及肺功能的影响。方法 选取2020年2月至2022年2月在本院接受治疗的120例支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分成对照组(n=60)与观察组(n=60)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受家庭教育-环境改良的延伸护理。观察两组干预前后的相关量表评分恐惧视觉模拟评分(FAVS)、哮喘控制测试表评分(C-ACT)、生活质量综合量表(GQOLI-74)、肺功能指标第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、并发症发生率及护理满意率。结果 干预后观察组FAVS评分低于对照组,C-ACT与GQOLI-74评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组FEV_(1)、FVC、PEF比较无差异(P>0.05),护理后均有提升,且观察组比对照组更高(P<0.05)。观察组并发症率为3.33%,低于对照组的13.33%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意率为98.33%,高于对照组的88.33%(P<0.05)。结论 家庭教育-环境改良的延伸护理对支气管哮喘患儿的应用可减轻患儿对医疗治疗的恐惧感,大幅度提升了生活质量,有利于患儿肺功能的改善,且减少了不良事件的发生。Objective To explore the effects of extended care of family education and environment improvement on medical fear and lung function in children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 120 children with bronchial asthma who received treatment in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)by random number table method.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received extended care with family education and environmental improvement.Observe the related scale scores Fear Visual Analogue Score(FAVS),Asthma Control Test Scale Score(C-ACT),Comprehensive Quality of Life Inventory(GQOLI-74),pulmonary function indexes of exertional expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),exertional lung capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),complication rate and nursing care satisfaction rate of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,FAVS score in observation group was lower than control group,and C-ACT and GQOLI-74 scores were higher than control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no difference in FEV_(1),FVC and PEF between the two groups(P>0.05),and after nursing,there was an increase,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 3.33%,lower than that of the control group(13.33%,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.33%,higher than that of the control group(88.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of extended care of family education and environment improvement in children with bronchial asthma can reduce their fear of medical treatment,greatly improve their quality of life,improve their lung function,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
