摘 要:目的 比较无创通气下应用奶嘴式和面罩式雾化治疗新生儿肺炎的效果。方法 选取2022年5月至2023年5月间,福建省儿童医院60例无创通气治疗的新生儿肺炎,随机分为面罩式雾化组30例,奶嘴式雾化组30例,比较两组应用效果。结果 奶嘴式雾化组与面罩式雾化组比较,奶嘴式雾化组的皮氧分压(TCPO_(2))及血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))更高、皮二氧化碳分压(TCPCO_(2))更低、无创通气时间和新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)住院时间更短、护理满意度更高(均P<0.05)。结论 无创通气下应用奶嘴式雾化治疗新生儿肺炎,可有效提高无创通气效果,缩短治疗时间,护理优势显著。Objective To analyze the application effect of non-invasive ventilation with Pacifier atomization in newborns with pneumonia.Methods From May 2022 to May 2023,60 children with neonatal pneumonia treated by non-invasive ventilation in Fujian Children's Hospital,30 mask atomization group and 30 pacifier atomization group were randomly divided.In addition,the application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The pacifier nebulisation group had higher partial pressure of skin oxygen(TCPO_(2))and blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2)),lower partial pressure of skin carbon dioxide(TCPCO_(2)),shorter duration of non-invasive ventilation and neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)hospital stay,and higher satisfaction with care in the pacifier nebulisation group,compared to the mask nebulisation group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Providing non-invasive ventilation treatment for newborns with pneumonia and providing pacifier atomization can enhance the therapeutic effect,shorten treatment time,and have significant nursing advantages.
