摘  要:目的 探究分析加强西药房药品管理对降低药患纠纷及药品差错发生率的实际影响效果。方法 搜集于2021年11月至2022年12月经福建省漳州市长泰区武安社区卫生服务中心药事服务的西药治疗患者作为分析探究对象,共140例。根据西药房药品管理时间的不同将患者分为干预组与试验组。干预组患者搜集时间为2021年11月至2022年5月仅采取常规药品管理,未加以实施加强西药房管理措施;试验组患者搜集时间为2022年6月至2022年12月,在常规管理基础上加强西药房药品管理。比较分析两组在不同时间段、不同管理模式下的药品差错发生率、药患纠纷率、西药房药品服务满意率。结果 药品差错原因主要包括书写、服药、数量、剂量、标签、剂型,试验组的8.57%药患纠纷发生率明显低于干预组的21.43%(P<0.05);试验组药患纠纷发生率为0(0/70),明显低于干预组的5.71%(4/70)(P<0.05);试验组对西药房服务评价的满意率为97.14%,明显高于干预组的87.14%(P<0.05)。结论 在常规管理服务的基础上加强西药房药品管理,能够降低药品差错发生率,减少药患纠纷事件的发生,让患者对药品服务更加认可,不仅提高了药事服务质量,也能树立良好的服务形象。Objective To explore and analyze the actual effect of strengthening the drug management in western pharmacies on reducing the incidence of drug-patient disputes and drug errors.Methods From November 2021 to December 2022,140 patients treated with western medicine in the pharmaceutical service of Wu'an Community Health Service Center,Changtai District,Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province were collected as the analysis and research objects.The patients were divided into intervention group and experimental group according to the different time of drug management in the western pharmacy.The collection time of patients in the intervention group was from November 2021 to May 2022,only routine drug management was adopted,and no measures to strengthen the management of western pharmacy were implemented;The patients in the experimental group were collected from June 2022 to December 2022,and the drug management in the western pharmacy was strengthened on the basis of routine management.Compare and analyze the drug error rate,drug-patient dispute rate and drug service satisfaction rate of the two groups in different time periods and under different management modes.Results The main causes of drug errors included writing,taking,quantity,dosage,label and dosage form.The incidence of drug-patient disputes in the experimental group(8.57%)was significantly lower than that in the intervention group(21.43%)(P<0.05);The incidence of drug-patient disputes in the experimental group was 0(0/70),which was significantly lower than that in the intervention group 5.71%(4/70)(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of western pharmacy service evaluation in the experimental group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than that in the intervention group(87.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the drug management in the western pharmacy on the basis of routine management services can reduce the incidence of drug errors,reduce the occurrence of drug-patient disputes,and make patients more aware of drug services,not only improve the quality of drug servi
