AO弹性髓内钉闭合复位内固定对儿童桡尺骨骨折的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的 探索儿童桡尺骨骨折运用AO弹性髓内钉闭合复位内固定的临床治疗效果。方法 筛选我院收治的桡尺骨骨折患儿为研究对象,患儿均于2016年2月至2021年2月时间段入院,患儿共106例,均行AO弹性髓内钉闭合复位内固定治疗,观察患儿治疗各项指标与疼痛VAS评分情况,计算治疗完全愈合率、并发症发生率以及优良率。结果 患儿手术时间(37.20±3.26)min、骨折愈合时间(39.20±3.11)d、住院时间(3.55±1.32)d,患者各项时间指标良好,患儿恢复状态稳定。106例患儿术后均完全愈合,完全愈合率100.00%,未出现不愈合、延迟愈合情况,整体手术治疗效果较好。治疗前患儿VAS疼痛评分明显高于治疗后,差异显著(P<0.05)。术后106例患儿状况良好,康复效果较优,均未发生感染、关节疼痛、肿胀情况,并发症发生率为0,治疗安全性较高。106例患儿优良率为100.00%(106/106)。结论 儿童桡尺骨骨折患儿开展AO弹性髓内钉闭合复位内固定治疗效果较为明显,可以有效的改善患儿疼痛情况,降低并发症发生率,缩短患儿康复时间,促使患儿早日恢复健康。Objective To explore the clinical effect of closed reduction and internal fixation with AO elastic intramedullary nail for children's radial and ulnar fractures.Methods Children with radial and ulnar fractures admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object.All the children were admitted to the hospital from February 2016 to February 2021.A total of 106 children were treated with AO elastic intramedullary nail closed reduction and internal fixation.The treatment indexes and pain VAS score were observed,and the complete healing rate,complication rate and excellent rate were calculated.Results The operation time,fracture healing time and hospitalization time of the children were(37.20±3.26)min,(39.20±3.11)d and(3.55±1.32)d,respectively.All the time indexes of the patients were good and the children recovered stably.All 106 cases were completely healed after operation,and the complete healing rate was 100.00%.There was no nonunion or delayed healing,and the overall surgical treatment effect was obvious.The VAS pain score of children before treatment was significantly higher than that after treatment(P<0.05).106 children were in good condition after operation,and the rehabilitation effect was excellent.No infection,joint pain and swelling occurred,and the incidence of complications was 0,so the treatment safety was high.The excellent and good rate of 106 cases was 100.00%(106/106).Conclusion AO elastic intramedullary nail closed reduction and internal fixation for children with radial and ulnar fractures has obvious effect,which can effectively improve the pain of children,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the recovery time of children,and promote the early recovery of children.
