肝素帽联合采血针在血液透析标本采集的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨肝素帽联合采血针在血液透析前血液标本采集的应用效果。方法 随机对照研究2022年11月23日至2023年2月23日于厦门医学院附属第二医院血液净化中心规律行血液透析治疗且血管通路为内瘘的维持性血液透析患者263例,随机分为对照组132例采用注射器采血,试验组131例准备同对照组,待血液充满穿刺针后,更换穿刺针塞子为肝素帽。采用χ^(2)检验比较两组患者的不良事件发生率及患者满意度。结果 试验组采血不良事件发生率为0.51%,对照组不良事件发生率为6.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组采血满意度率为93.13%,对照组为84.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肝素帽联合采血针应用于血液透析前采集血标本,能减少不良事件发生率和提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of heparin cap combined with blood collection needle in blood sample collection before hemodialysis.Methods Randomized controlled study 263 patients with maintenance hemodialysis who received regular hemodialysis treatment and whose vascular access was internal fistula in the Blood Purification Room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from November 23,2022 to February 23,2023 were randomly divided into control group(132 cases)with syringe blood collection,experimental group(131 cases)with the same preparation as the control group.When the puncture needle is filled with blood,replace the puncture needle stopper with heparin cap.χ^(2) test was used to compare the incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events was 0.51%in the experimental group and 6.57%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The satisfaction rate of blood collection was 93.13%in the experimental group and 84.85%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of heparin cap combined with blood collection needle to collect blood samples before hemodialysis can reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve patient satisfaction.
