缬沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗门诊原发性高血压的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析探究缬沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗门诊原发性高血压的疗效。方法 研究对象为2019年1月至2019年12月期间接受治疗的80例原发性高血压患者,实施随机数字表法分组处理,对照组接受缬沙坦治疗,观察组接受缬沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗,每组各40例。对比两组患者最终治疗情况。结果 治疗前两组血压数据对比不具有统计学差异(P>0.05);经治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压改善成效优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组早餐后血压低于对照组(P<0.05),午餐及晚餐后血压下降幅度则无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组早餐后出现低血压(PPH)的比例低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 原发性高血压的临床治疗中,可根据患者的病情变化及身体情况为其实施缬沙坦联合硝苯地平进行治疗,二者联用不仅更能控制患者的高血压水平,同时也不会加大高血压患者治疗期间出现低血压(PPH)病症的概率,安全性有所保障,有利于提高患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze and explore the efficacy of valsartan combined with nifedipine in the treatment of outpatient essential hypertension.Methods Study subjects 80 patients with essential hypertension were treated from January 2019 to December 2019 and divided into groups by random number table method.The control group received valsartan treatment and the observation group received valsartan combined with nifedipine treatment,there were 40 cases in each group.The final treatment of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the blood pressure after breakfast in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the decrease of blood pressure after lunch and dinner had no statistical difference(P>0.05).The proportion of PPH after morning in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of essential hypertension,the combination of valsartan and nifedipine can be implemented according to the changes of the patient's condition and physical condition.The combination of valsartan and nifedipine can not only better control the patient's hypertension level,but also will not increase the probability of hypotension(PPH)during the treatment of hypertension patients,and the safety is guaranteed.It is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients.
