2型糖尿病微血管病变的相关指标分析

摘　　要：目的 分析2型糖尿病患者微血管病变的相关指标。方法 纳入鹤山市人民医院2018年2月至2019年2月检查的2型糖尿病患者,根据有无微血管病变分为两组,比较两组的血小板平均体积(mean platelet volume,MPV)、血小板分布宽度(platelet distribution width,PDW)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA_(1)c)和超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平。结果 共纳入60例2型糖尿病患者,无微血管病变20例,有微血管病变40例。有微血管病变组的MPV、PDW、HbA_(1)c、hs-CRP水平分别为(11.6±0.29)fL、(17.1±0.60)%、(0.29±0.35)%、(3.69±0.49)mg/L,无微血管病变组分别为(10.4±0.11)fL、(16.6±0.10)%、(7.15±0.28)%、(2.33±0.30)mg/L,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MPV、PDW、HbA_(1)c、hs-CRP与2型糖尿病微血管病变相关。Objective To analyze the relevant indicators of microangiopathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Methods Type 2 diabetes patients examined in Heshan People's Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were included,divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of microangiopathy,and the levels of mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were compared between the two groups.Results A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were included,20 without microangiopathy and 40 with microangiopathy.The levels of MPV,PDW,HbA1c,and hs-CRP were(11.6±0.29)fL,(17.1±0.60)%,(0.29±0.35)%,and(3.69±0.49)mg/L,respectively,in the group with microangiopathy and(10.4±0.11)fL,(16.6±0.10)%,(7.15±0.28)%,and(2.33±0.30)mg/L,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions MPV,PDW,HbA_(1)c,hs-CRP were associated with microangiopathy in type 2 diabetes.
